The TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards Indonesia is a prestigious recognition platform for
key players in the travel industry, celebrating the best hotels, airlines, airports, cruise lines,
tour operators and travel agencies, booking platforms, as well as outstanding travel
technology projects and initiatives in the region.

On behalf of the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE BSD), we are truly honored to receive
not just one, but two recognitions at this year’s awards. These achievements highlight our
dedication to world-class standards and unforgettable experiences. This milestone is
dedicated to our partners, clients, and the incredible ICE BSD team.

ICE proudly earned Facilities Upgrade of the Year – Indonesia and Meetings &
Conferencing Property of the Year Indonesia. Enhancements include the installation of
advanced hall partitions and 24 new LED screens across the pre-function areas, which
streamline event operations and strengthen branding exposure. The opening of the
Serpong–Balaraja (Serbaraja) Toll Road has also made access to the venue faster and more
convenient, reducing travel time and easing congestion during major events.

Beyond facilities, ICE has introduced ICE Events under PT Indonesia International Expo
(IIE), integrating four core services: ICE Creation, ICE Production, ICE Partnership, and Oh
My Food (food tenant management). With this 360° approach, clients can plan and execute
even the most complex events seamlessly. ICE Events has successfully delivered events
such as His/Her Day, BNI WondrX, and Petfest, among many others.

ICE also holds international certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 for quality management
and HACCP for food safety, further supporting its impressive 4.4 out of 5 client satisfaction
score in the 2025 survey.

Since opening in 2015, ICE has hosted over 3,500 events and welcomed more than 17
million visitors. Strategically located in BSD City near the Serbaraja Toll Road, Soekarno
Hatta International Airport, and surrounded by over 2,000 hotel rooms and 20 shopping
malls, ICE continues to solidify its position as Indonesia’s leading and largest event
destination. In 2025, ICE also proudly hosted IPA Convex 2025, Southeast Asia’s largest oil
and gas convention, which welcomed 35,000 participants from 51 countries and was
officially opened by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Mr. Prabowo Subianto.
