Our security department provides comprehensive security services for all events with a 24-hour command center. They also oversee the general building security, provides building perimeter patrols, crowd management, and has received first aid training.

It has always been our top priority to maintain a healthy environment and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout our venue. All rooms and spaces at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) are maintained regularly by our housekeeping team, including daily general cleaning routines, periodic maintenance program, and deep cleaning of all surfaces in all rooms with particular focus on all high-touch points. Furthermore, our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team takes appropriate enforcement action and oversees event compliance with prevailing work health and safety regulations.

Exhibitors are allowed to load and unload with maximum efficiency as every halls is designed with a remarkable floor loading capacity of 2.000 kg per square meter. Each halls has two loading doors with clear dimensions of 6 m x 6 m, 12 m x 10 m at Hall 1 and 8.5 m x 8 m at Hall 10.

Our bonded warehouse is available for the convenience of organizers and exhibitors to temporary store imported goods and equipment for a specified period of time under authorization of the Indonesia’s Customs Department. This facility will help expedite the process of importing and exporting goods with faster customs without having to provide any guarantees (import duties or taxes) during the event.

We offer high-speed internet access with bandwidth-on-demand to ensure peak performance throughout your event. Our team can manage a flexible network with high-quality wired internet or wireless network and ready to provide technical assistance with constant network monitoring support.
