“16 days non stop ‘Pesta Rakyat’ that will remark 2017!”

Tangerang, 9 February 2017 – Pekan Raya Indonesia (PRI) will be held again at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE). The concept for this year’s pesta rakyat is Indonesian culture with music & culture, culinary and shopping destination of a range of multiproduct that is nationally scaled. PRI 2017 will be held on the 21st October – 5th November 2017 at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) – BSD, Tangerang, Banten.

The Craft & UKM (Small and medium enterprises) zone that is called “Pavilion Indonesia” will enliven this event as well. This event will be a place to give appreciation and a venue for promotion for creative industry and small and medium enterprises, so that they are able to create their product for lifestyle especially for urban citizens in Indonesia. PRI will have 11 zones apart from Craft & UKM zone, which include fashion and lifestyle, consumer products, furniture, multiproduct, gadgets and Information Technology as well as automotive with exciting discount and promotions.

Pekan Raya Indonesia 2017 will provide entertainments for their loyal visitors, with performances from Indonesian arts from all over Indonesia on Nusantara stage. Moreover, visitors could also join exciting activities, include making batik, wood carving, painting and traditional games. PRI will not only feature top artists but also be a place for campaign for artists that enliven Indonesia’s music industry.

Indonesia’s rich culture will be more than just arts, but visitors can enjoy culinary from a long favorite Indonesian culinary to the newest culinary creation. Furthermore, Indonesian culinary heritage can also be found in this event, including: Toko Oen Semarang (1936), Soto Ahri Garut (1943), Kupat Tahu Gempol (1965), Es Kopi Tak Kie (1927), Nasi Campur Bukit Tinggi Keramat Soka (1970), Mangut Ikan Manyung Bu Fat (1969) and other culinaries.

PRI start at 14.00-22.00 on Monday to Friday, and 10.00-22.00 for Saturday and Monday.
