The CHSE certification serves as a guarantee to tourists and the public that the products and services provided meet hygiene, health, safety, and environmental sustainability protocols.

“This guide application is the standard processes for carrying out activities, and its technical regulations will be updated to the guidelines developed by the organization and the MICE industry in response to field needs. This guide also refers to protocols set by the government, World Health Organization (WHO), Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), National and International MICE Associations, such as the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
