Hybrid Event : Pekan Kebudayaan Nasional 2020

Things are changing and we have to adapt. As the world slowly recovers from the pandemic’s impact, the spotlight is increasingly turning to hybrid events that offers a great opportunity to enhance real-world events while integrating online interactions. By gathering a smaller group in person and a larger group virtually, we are able to achieve some of the face-to-face interaction while also keep attendees safe.

Embracing to the new normal with strict hygiene & safety protocols at all of our location for this hybrid event, it is our honor to become part of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud)’s latest innovation as they successfully brought 4.791 talented Indonesian artists from all different locations as one stunning digital event, Pekan Kebudayaan Nasional (PKN) 2020.

ICE is chosen as one of the venues to film and record the stunning art and cultural performances before being aired through various digital platforms, from television to video streaming services.

“Everyone must continue to be creative, stay optimistic, continue to move forward to build a better future memory. No matter what ethnicity, what religion, or what region, everyone is laying one cultural brick to build an advanced Indonesian civilization,” said President Joko Widodo during the official opening ceremony of PKN 2020 virtually, Saturday, October 31, 2020, quoted from the Medcom.id.

This event also carries 27 conference themes, 93 performances, and 1477 paintings that are virtually exhibited.
