Private Transport

With easy access from two major highways, Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) is easy to get to by road whichever direction you are travelling from. You can drive to us via Kunciran-Serpong highway route or Jakarta (Outer Ring Road)-Serpong highway route. ICE can be reached within 35minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The parking area is located within the ICE that are accessible during regular business hours and events.

Train

The nearest station to reach Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) is Cisauk Station, where strategically located at Intermoda BSD City, an integrated transporation hub that connects Electric Commuter Train (KRL), Bus Terminal, BSD Link Shuttle Bus, and Pasar Modern Intermoda BSD. From there you can take a taxi, online transportation, or BSD Link shuttle bus to ICE.

Transjakarta

As a bus rapid transit (BRT) system in the capital city, TransJakarta serves several routes that connect between Jakarta’s strategic locations. TransJakarta also has a Tangerang-Jakarta integration service via S11 bus route that operates daily at 5.00 to 19.00. The first stop of the S11 bus route is Jelambar and the last stop is Terminal BSD. You can take taxi or online transportation to continue to ICE.

Trans BSD

Trans BSD offers convenient and affordable transportation option that connects the BSD area with several areas in Jakarta, such as Ratu Plaza, Pondok Indah, Pasar Baru, and Mangga Dua. Please see below for the bus schedules and route details.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available upon request on a first-come first-serve basis located at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition concierge in the Nusantara Lobby on Ground Floor.

Elevator

Elevators are conveniently located on all levels of building and provide direct access to our indoor basement parking area.

Emergency Evacuation

Indonesia Convention Exhibition staff have been trained in emergency training and evacuation practices to ensure safe evacuation of all guests. Safety video induction is compulsory to be played before any event.

Restroom

Wheelchair accessible restroom facilities are located near Kalimaya Lobby (Lower Ground), Nusantara Lobby (Ground Floor) and throughout the exhibition halls.

Floor Level and Doorway

All floor is level throughout our venue. Doorways are sufficiently wide to accommodate wheelchairs to enter all meeting rooms, exhibition halls, and convention halls. We also prominently display directional signage throughout our facility.
